1786 S. El Chaparral is getting a face lift with a new paint job and front deck

This is the first house we’re working on and we’re really excited to show our progress.

The  outside of the home had several holes and those have been repaired, a new soffit and seamless guttering put on.  The house was then repainted.  The front deck was falling down and the cement could not be lifted so a new deck was built with a safety railing to prevent falls.

While all this is happening, the inside is being gutted and a wall changed to a half wall to open up the home.  Electricity is being updated to include usb ports on the outlets.
